more clarity and compassion for ourselves and others
The past decade has led me to explore the nature of mind and being human in an increasingly complex and distracted world.
This path has opened up learnings across mindfulness meditation traditions, offering me lessons on the expanse of open awareness and depths of the heart. I’m nearing completion of the 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program co-lead by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
My professional life for many years resided in multinational public companies. My true center, however, was grounded with my daughter and son who inspired me with their unique curiosity about the world. My life was then suddenly and profoundly altered in 2019. A deep sense of impermanence and finitude has become an undercurrent for my lived experience. This leads me to share how we can all quiet the mind and open the heart, and live with more intention, clarity, and compassion for ourselves and the people in our lives.
I live in Jefferson with my partner Brenda, and we enjoy the natural wonders of Maine by hiking, sea kayaking and xc skiing.
